1. About This Agreement

These terms explain how we provide our IT, connectivity, VoIP, cloud, and cybersecurity services. They form a simple agreement between you (‘the Client’) and us (‘NEON’). By using our services, you agree to these terms. We’ve kept things as clear and fair as possible.

2. What We Do

We provide managed IT support, cloud solutions, phone systems, broadband, cybersecurity, and related technology services. We’ll always deliver our services with care, professionalism, and in line with what we’ve agreed in writing or by email.

3. What We Need From You

To help us deliver a great service, we’ll need your cooperation. Please:

  • Give us accurate information and access when needed.

  • Follow our advice and security recommendations.

  • Make sure software and licenses are valid.

  • Let us know if anything changes that might affect your IT setup.

We can’t be responsible for problems caused by things outside our control or changes made without consulting us.

4. Payments and Billing

Our prices are confirmed in your quote or service order. Monthly services are billed in advance, and project work may be billed at agreed stages. Invoices are due within 30 days. If a payment becomes overdue, we may pause work until it’s resolved and may charge interest in line with UK law.

5. Third‑Party Services

We often work with trusted partners like Microsoft, Datto, Kaseya, and Gamma. Those services come with their own terms, which will apply in addition to ours. We’ll do our best to manage these on your behalf, but we can’t control third‑party outages or policy changes.

6. Data Protection and Privacy

We take data privacy seriously. We act as your data processor under UK GDPR when handling your information. We’ll only process data to deliver our services, keep it secure, and delete or return it when you leave. You can read our full Privacy Policy for more details.

7. Our Responsibility to You

We’ll always aim to provide reliable, secure, and professional service. However, technology can sometimes go wrong. If we make a mistake, we’ll fix it as quickly as possible. Our total liability is limited to 150% of the total fees you’ve paid us in the previous 12 months, except where the law says otherwise (for example, death, injury, or fraud).

8. Ending the Agreement

Either of us can end the agreement by giving 90 days’ written notice after the minimum term, or sooner if the other party breaches the agreement and doesn’t fix it within 30 days. Once the agreement ends, we’ll help with a smooth handover of your data and systems if required.

9. Confidentiality

We both agree to keep any sensitive or confidential information private. This includes client data, pricing, and any technical details.

10. Legal Bits

These terms are governed by the law of Scotland. Any disputes will be handled by the Scottish courts. If part of these terms is found invalid, the rest will still apply.
